Blue Truck Coffee 9.5 miles away in downtown Macon, MS is open Monday-Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM and Saturday 7:30AM-11:30AM. Great espresso, breakfast paninis, and other drinks/food.

Day Trips

Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge, located at 13723 Bluff Lake Road in Brooksville, has over 42,500 acres. Migratory birds can be seen in the fall and winter as they move through the area and alligators can be spotted in warmer weather. There are hiking trails and boardwalks to lookouts that can be accessed from sunrise to sunset every day.

The Tennessee Williams Home and Welcome Center is about 20 miles away at 300 Main Street in Columbus, home to other historic sites also. The center is open every day except Sunday.
